About the role
Our client is actively recruiting a driven and results-oriented Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing sales team. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a crucial role in generating new business opportunities for our innovative SaaS products. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads through various channels, including cold outreach, email campaigns, social selling, and inbound lead follow-up. Your primary objective will be to engage prospects, understand their business needs, and schedule discovery calls for our Account Executive team. This role requires a tenacious and persuasive communicator with a passion for technology and a keen understanding of sales principles. You will be equipped with cutting-edge sales tools and provided with comprehensive training to ensure your success.
Key responsibilities include conducting market research to identify target accounts, crafting compelling outreach messages, and effectively articulating the value proposition of our solutions. You will need to maintain a high volume of activity while ensuring the quality of engagement. Building strong relationships with prospects and delivering an exceptional initial customer experience are paramount. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment. Previous experience in a sales development or lead generation role, particularly within the SaaS industry, is a significant advantage, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong aptitude for sales. You will be expected to meet and exceed monthly quotas for qualified leads and meetings. This proximity to the operational focus area is beneficial for understanding market nuances, but the role itself is location-independent.
