About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly accomplished and driven Remote Senior Account Executive to spearhead enterprise sales efforts. This is a fully remote, key strategic role focused on driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing large, complex enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing tailored sales strategies, and closing significant deals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets within the enterprise segment.
  • Identify, prospect, and engage C-level executives and key decision-makers within target enterprise organizations.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand client business challenges, needs, and objectives.
  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations tailored to the specific requirements of enterprise clients.

  • Represent the company professionally at industry events, conferences, and client meetings (virtual or in-person as needed).
  • Mentor and share best practices with junior sales team members.
  • Continuously refine sales techniques and deepen product knowledge.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of proven success in enterprise-level B2B sales, with a demonstrable track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Extensive experience managing long and complex sales cycles within large organizations.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of solution selling methodologies and building executive-level relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a territory effectively, and thrive in a remote work environment.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex client needs.
