Our client, a leader in innovative enterprise software solutions, is looking for a driven and accomplished Senior Account Executive to join their dynamic, fully remote sales team. This is an exceptional opportunity to manage and grow key enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth through strategic engagement and solution selling. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, building strong relationships with C-level executives, and understanding their business challenges to offer tailored software solutions. This remote-first position demands a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the enterprise software market. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of enterprise-level clients, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. Identify and develop new sales opportunities within existing accounts and through targeted prospecting. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs of potential clients. Negotiate and close complex sales deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue potential. Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to sales leadership. Represent the company professionally and ethically in all client interactions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. A minimum of 7-10 years of proven experience in enterprise software sales, with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets. Demonstrated success in managing large, complex accounts and selling to C-level executives. Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of enterprise software solutions and the SaaS market. Ability to understand client business needs and articulate how our solutions address them. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools. Strong understanding of sales methodologies and pipeline management. Willingness to travel occasionally for key client meetings and industry events.
