About the role
Our client is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Remote Senior Account Executive to join their rapidly expanding sales team. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to manage and grow key enterprise accounts from the comfort of your home office. You will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with C-level executives, understanding their business challenges, and presenting innovative solutions that drive significant value. Key Responsibilities: Identify and prospect new enterprise-level opportunities within assigned territories or verticals. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client business objectives and pain points. Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs. Negotiate complex contracts and close deals with enterprise clients. Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales engineers, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless client engagement. Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM software. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments. Provide market feedback to product development and marketing teams. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and solutions. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing and initial account management handover. Participate in virtual sales training, team meetings, and industry events. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus. Minimum of 8 years of proven enterprise sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions to Fortune 1000 companies. Exceptional skills in prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing. Strong understanding of consultative selling methodologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, adapted for remote interactions. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to thrive in an autonomous, remote work environment. Ability to travel occasionally for key client meetings or industry events, if required. A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business drivers. Proven ability to build rapport and trust with senior executives. Strong business acumen and the ability to articulate ROI.
