Remote Senior AI Engineer

Our client, a leader in AI-driven solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Remote Senior AI Engineer to join their world-class team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying sophisticated AI models and algorithms, leveraging machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing. This position requires a deep understanding of AI principles, strong programming skills, and the ability to translate complex business problems into effective AI solutions. You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to build intelligent applications that drive significant value.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement advanced AI and machine learning models. Build and optimize scalable AI pipelines for data processing, model training, and deployment. Work with large datasets, ensuring data quality and integrity for AI applications. Develop and fine-tune deep learning architectures for various tasks, including computer vision and natural language processing. Deploy AI models into production environments, monitoring performance and ensuring reliability. Collaborate with data scientists to research and experiment with new AI techniques and algorithms. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Python. Contribute to the design and architecture of AI-powered products and services. Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the field of AI and machine learning. Evaluate and select appropriate tools and technologies for AI development. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI model performance and deployment. Develop and maintain ML Ops practices and infrastructure. Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms. Create compelling visualizations and reports to communicate AI project outcomes. Contribute to the development of AI strategies and roadmaps. Mentor junior AI engineers and share knowledge within the team. Ensure ethical considerations and responsible AI practices are incorporated into development. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering best practices. Perform thorough testing and validation of AI models and systems. Translate business requirements into technical AI specifications. Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related quantitative field. Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering. Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and natural language processing. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in relevant libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles. Experience in deploying and managing AI models in production environments (MLOps). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Proven ability to work independently and manage complex projects in a remote setting. Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark) is a plus. Knowledge of computer vision techniques is advantageous.
