Remote Senior Aircraft Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Define and manage system requirements for aircraft systems. Develop and document detailed system designs and architecture. Perform system analysis, including performance, reliability, maintainability, and safety assessments. Oversee the integration and testing of aircraft systems. Collaborate with subsystem engineers, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams. Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and industry standards (e.g., FAA, EASA). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 8 years of experience in aircraft systems engineering. Proven expertise in the design, integration, and testing of complex aerospace systems. Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and lifecycle processes. Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS). Proficiency with modeling and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink). Knowledge of aviation regulations and certification requirements.
