Remote Senior Children's Program Manager - Impact Initiatives

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for children's programs aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Public Health, International Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in program management within the non‑profit or charity sector, with a focus on children's programs.
• Demonstrated success in program design, implementation, and evaluation.
• Proven experience in fundraising, grant writing, and donor relations.
• Strong understanding of child development, social welfare, and community needs.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and decision‑making skills.
