Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of innovative guest experiences, from concept to execution. Conduct user research, journey mapping, and persona development to understand guest needs and behaviors. Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user flows to visualize and test experience concepts. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of experiences. Develop and articulate design principles and standards for the hospitality sector. Oversee the implementation of experience designs, ensuring quality and alignment with brand vision. Facilitate design thinking workshops and brainstorming sessions with diverse teams. Stay abreast of emerging trends in hospitality, tourism, technology, and user experience design. Measure the impact of designed experiences through guest feedback and operational data. Present design concepts and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in experience design, service design, or UX design, with a significant focus on the hospitality or tourism industry. Proven ability to design and deliver complex, multi-channel guest experiences. Strong understanding of user research methodologies and best practices. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision). Excellent visual communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. Experience working effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment. Strong empathy for users and a passion for creating delightful experiences. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting. Knowledge of current hospitality trends and technologies is highly desirable.
