About the Role

Evergreen Intelligence is seeking experienced Policy and Intelligence Analysts with expertise in global affairs and the Indo-Pacific region. The role involves analyzing political, security, and economic developments in the Indo-Pacific and producing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Indo-Pacific political, security, and economic developments
• Track regional alliances, defense cooperation, and strategic competition
• Draft clear briefs, policy notes, and risk assessments
• Conduct open-source and structured research
• Present insights to clients and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in International Relations, Political Science, Asian Studies, International Trade, or related field
• 3+ years experience in policy, intelligence, or geopolitical analysis
• Strong knowledge of Indo-Pacific geopolitics
• Strong knowledge of U.S.–China strategic competition
• Strong knowledge of Quad, AUKUS, ASEAN
• Strong knowledge of CPTPP, RCEP, regional trade/economic frameworks
• Strong analytical writing + ability to simplify complex developments
• Experience with government agencies, DoD, contractors, think tanks, or international institutions
