Remote Senior Information Security Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Information Security Analyst to join our fully remote security operations team. This role is crucial for protecting our organization's digital assets and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information systems. You will be responsible for identifying security vulnerabilities, developing and implementing security protocols, monitoring security systems, and responding to security incidents. Key duties include conducting risk assessments, performing penetration testing, analyzing security alerts, developing incident response plans, creating security awareness training materials, and staying up-to-date with the latest threat landscape and cybersecurity best practices. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in information security. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable. Strong technical skills in areas such as network security, endpoint security, SIEM tools, firewalls, and cryptography are essential. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required to effectively identify, mitigate, and report on security risks. Experience with cloud security and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR) is a significant advantage.
