Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications.
  • Prioritize features and manage the product backlog effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
  • Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for new product releases.
  • Act as the primary product expert and advocate for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on product improvements.
  • Analyze key metrics to drive data‑informed product decisions.
  • Manage product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and end‑of‑life.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching successful products.
  • Experience in a fully remote work environment, with excellent virtual collaboration skills.
  • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and lead cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
  • Experience with market research, user research, and competitive analysis.
