Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify unmet consumer needs and emerging trends within the FMCG sector. Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new product initiatives, aligning with overall business objectives. Translate consumer insights and market data into clear product requirements and specifications. Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, including R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, throughout the entire product lifecycle. Develop compelling business cases and financial models to support new product development proposals. Oversee the product development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet consumer expectations. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective go-to-market strategies and launch plans. Monitor product performance post-launch, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for iteration and improvement. Present product strategies, roadmaps, and performance updates to senior management. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in product management, with a significant focus on the FMCG sector. Proven success in launching new products from concept to commercialization. Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and product development processes within FMCG. Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid environment. Proficiency in market research tools and methodologies. A passion for consumer-centric innovation and a keen eye for market trends. Must be comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple priorities in a remote setting.
