This role is critical in driving the development and launch of new products that resonate with consumers and capture market share. As a fully remote position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across various time zones, leveraging digital tools to foster seamless communication and project execution. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and market research to development, launch, and post-launch analysis. Responsibilities: Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new and existing FMCG products. Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Translate market insights and customer needs into detailed product requirements and specifications. Collaborate closely with R&D, marketing, sales, and operations teams throughout the product development process. Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful launches within budget. Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional plans. Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and iterate on products to drive continuous improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. Mentor and guide junior product team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Present product strategies and performance updates to senior leadership. Champion agile methodologies and best practices in product development. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and quality standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in product management, with a significant focus on the FMCG sector. Demonstrated success in launching new products and managing product portfolios. Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market segmentation, and category management. Expertise in market research methodologies and data analysis. Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Proficiency in product management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!). Experience with digital marketing and e-commerce strategies is a plus. Adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
