Remote Senior Product Manager - SaaS Platform

Our client is a rapidly growing technology company revolutionizing the enterprise software space. We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our flagship SaaS platform. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the designated time zone overlap. You will be responsible for deeply understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to define and deliver innovative product features that drive user engagement and business growth. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to bring your product vision to life.

Responsibilities: Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the SaaS platform, aligning with company objectives. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs and opportunities. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes for the engineering and design teams. Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility. Work closely with engineering leads to oversee the agile development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in partnership with marketing and sales teams. Define and track key product metrics (KPIs) to measure success and inform future iterations. Act as a subject matter expert for the SaaS platform, both internally and externally. Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and build strong relationships. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the platform remains competitive and innovative. Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the overall product management discipline within the organization. Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus. 8+ years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on SaaS products. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex software products. Deep understanding of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Strong experience with user research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders. Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Amplitude). Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority. Experience working in a fully remote environment is highly desirable. Passion for technology and a user-centric mindset.
