In this role, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to prioritize and groom the team backlog, ensuring the alignment of product strategies with organizational objectives. You will play a critical role in driving functional solutions, guiding agile ceremonies, and facilitating collaboration across departments. Your influence will help shape product development processes and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions, making a direct impact on our end‑users.

Accountabilities

  • Work with other departments to assess, initiate, refine and drive appropriate functional solutions.
  • Gather requirements from key stakeholders and break those down into user stories for your scrum team to develop.
  • Be present in all scrum ceremonies as well as available to scrum team.
  • Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of groomed user stories ready for development.
  • Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.
  • Write clear and concise acceptance criteria for each user story.
  • Plan and prioritize product backlog and development of the product.
  • Identify, manage and prioritize cross team priorities.
  • Collaborate with leadership, product managers and internal stakeholders to determine product priorities.
  • Effectively communicate the product strategy to key stakeholders and team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
  • CSPO Certification preferred.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
  • In‑depth knowledge of agile process and principles.
  • Experience writing clear and concise acceptance criteria.
  • Ability to identify goals, metrics and analytics to measure product value.
  • Collaborate with PMs and stakeholders to define goals and measure product value.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem solver with ability to lead the scrum team.
