Accountabilities

• Lead prospect-specific inquiries related to product functionality for targeted user groups.
• Perform detailed, engaging product demonstrations tailored to client scenarios.
• Conduct both remote and in-person demo sessions with confidence and authority.
• Provide valuable feedback for continuous improvement of demonstration scenarios.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in lending, banking, and economic trends.
• Facilitate training webinars on new product features for internal teams.
• Maintain and update training materials for onboarding new hires.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales members to align on technical requirements based on demos.
• Provide constructive feedback on the demo environment to meet industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of experience in a similar role or a combination of education and experience.
• Strong ability to build rapport across multiple teams, especially in sales.
• Adaptability to handle new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proven knowledge and experience in banking and financial services.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to present to large audiences.
• Ability to react quickly to complex scenarios.
