Our client, a leading technology consultancy, is seeking an accomplished and visionary Remote Senior Program Manager - Agile Transformation to guide organizations through their agile adoption journeys. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work with diverse clients across various industries, helping them implement and scale agile methodologies to enhance efficiency, innovation, and product delivery. You will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic roadmaps, coaching agile teams, and driving cultural change within client organizations. Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide agile transformation strategies and roadmaps.
- Coach and mentor multiple agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders on agile principles, practices, and mindset.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and workshops, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and recommending solutions to optimize agile processes.
- Assess organizational readiness for agile adoption and develop tailored implementation plans.
- Manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively seeking resolutions.
- Develop and deliver training programs on agile methodologies and leadership.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within client organizations, promoting agile values.
- Track and report on key agile metrics and program progress to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful integration of agile practices.
- Advise senior management on strategic decisions related to agile transformation.
- Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in agile and lean methodologies.
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the transformation process.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in program management, with a strong focus on agile transformations and large-scale agile implementations.
- Proven track record of successfully guiding organizations through agile adoption and scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, ).
- Deep understanding of various agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and agile metrics.
- Relevant certifications such as CSM, CSPO, CSP, SPC, or PMP are highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs and drive change in a remote setting.
