Remote Senior Program Manager, Non-Profit Initiatives

Our client, a leading non-profit organization dedicated to social impact, is seeking a passionate and experienced Remote Senior Program Manager to lead critical initiatives. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to drive meaningful change from anywhere. You will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of programs designed to address pressing societal needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of non-profit operations, project management, stakeholder engagement, and a proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and execution of strategic programs aligned with the organization's mission and goals. Manage program budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and efficient allocation of resources. Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring successful and timely program completion. Develop and implement robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess program impact and effectiveness. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including beneficiaries, community partners, government agencies, and donors. Identify funding opportunities, contribute to grant writing efforts, and manage donor relations. Supervise and mentor program staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Conduct research and needs assessments to inform program development and adaptation. Represent the organization at relevant forums, conferences, and community events. Ensure programs adhere to ethical standards, legal requirements, and best practices in the non-profit sector. Qualifications: Master's degree in Public Policy, International Development, Social Work, Non-profit Management, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in program management within the non-profit or international development sector. Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs from initiation to closure. Strong understanding of program design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation methodologies. Demonstrated experience in budget management, fundraising, and grant writing. Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Proficiency in project management software and standard office applications.
