Accountabilities

  • Ensure all project requirements and customer needs are clearly defined and executed
  • Collaborate with customers and business units throughout the project lifecycle

  • Develop and manage program plans adhering to PMI standards
  • Coordinate with project managers to integrate detailed project schedules
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve program milestones
  • Perform financial management and cost analysis for projects
  • Develop risk mitigation plans and manage project reporting
  • Deliver effective communication to diverse stakeholders

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in managing complex enterprise-level programs
  • Proven track record in facilities-driven and capital-intensive projects
  • Strong skills in requirement translation into actionable plans
  • PMP certification is required
  • Expertise in PMI standards and methodologies
  • Experience with large-scale growth initiatives and product launches
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
