Responsibilities

• Responsible for the end‑to‑end planning, execution, and delivery of large‑scale digital transformation programs, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Defining project scope, developing detailed project plans, managing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring effective stakeholder communication.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving progress across various departments.
• Managing project budgets, overseeing project timelines, conducting regular progress reviews, and reporting to senior leadership.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive project management experience, with at least 5 years focused on digital transformation, is essential.
• Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies, with a proven track record of successfully delivering digital transformation projects in diverse industries.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills are critical.
• Proficient in project management software and collaborative tools, with a demonstrated ability to manage distributed teams effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
