We are seeking a high-achieving and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive our B2B technology sales efforts. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure. Proven success in selling complex B2B technology products or services, particularly SaaS, cloud solutions, or enterprise software, is essential. The ability to work independently, manage your pipeline effectively, and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas in a remote environment is critical. Collaboration with marketing, pre-sales engineering, and customer success teams will be a key part of your role. We are looking for a motivated individual with exceptional negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the technology landscape, and a passion for driving revenue growth. You will be expected to stay informed about market trends, competitive offerings, and customer challenges. Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target B2B markets. Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, needs assessment, product demonstrations, proposal generation, negotiation, and closing deals. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Develop and execute effective territory and account management strategies. Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue targets. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with market needs. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reporting to management. Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our technology solutions. Ensure a seamless handoff to customer success post-sale. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of proven B2B sales experience in the technology sector. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Expertise in selling SaaS, cloud computing, enterprise software, or similar technology solutions. Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a remote setting. Proactive prospecting and lead generation skills.
