We are recruiting for a Parisian devtool startup, seed-funded with several rounds of funding, and a team of 5 engineers today. Their open-source product is already used by the engineering teams of some of the most demanding projects in the OSS ecosystem.

The product: detect performance regressions on pull requests, before the code goes to production. The challenge: extract a reliable signal in noisy CI environments. They have developed serious techniques to solve this problem, and are now looking for someone to push the measurement engine to the next level.

This is an early-stage environment with a high level of ownership.

We are looking for engineers who live in this universe: the kind of person who has opinions on CPU architectures, who has profiled production code at the instruction level, and who contributes to OSS because they want to, not because it looks good on a CV.
