Remote Senior Spa & Wellness Program Director

This critical role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing innovative spa and wellness programs designed to enhance client health, relaxation, and rejuvenation. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in spa management, therapeutic treatments, wellness coaching, and program development, with a proven ability to manage and grow offerings in a virtual setting. Responsibilities: Develop and curate a comprehensive range of spa and wellness services, treatments, and programs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client needs. Oversee the strategic planning and implementation of wellness initiatives, including fitness, nutrition, mindfulness, and stress management programs. Manage the operational aspects of remote wellness programs, including scheduling, client communication, and resource allocation. Ensure the highest standards of service quality, client satisfaction, and therapeutic efficacy across all wellness offerings. Stay current with the latest trends and innovations in the spa, beauty, and wellness industry, incorporating new techniques and technologies. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and materials for wellness programs. Train and mentor wellness practitioners and spa therapists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous professional development. Manage vendor relationships and procurement of spa and wellness supplies and equipment. Monitor program performance, gather client feedback, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and growth. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations within the wellness sector. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Health Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in spa management, wellness program development, or a related leadership role in the beauty and wellness industry. Proven experience in creating and successfully launching innovative spa and wellness programs. In-depth knowledge of various spa treatments, massage therapies, beauty treatments, and holistic wellness modalities. Strong understanding of wellness coaching principles and techniques. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a remote team and engage clients effectively. Proficiency in spa management software and virtual communication tools. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth. Passion for promoting health, beauty, and overall well-being. Experience relevant to the **Ilorin, Kwara, NG** region is not required for this fully remote role.
