Our client is seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment efforts for their technology divisions, operating entirely remotely. This role is crucial in identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier tech talent to fuel our client's growth and innovation. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. As a remote professional, you will utilize cutting-edge digital tools to connect with a global talent pool and streamline the hiring process.

Responsibilities include: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation. Developing and implementing proactive sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates across various tech disciplines. Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and define effective recruitment plans. Conducting in-depth interviews and screening candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. Utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards. Championing diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process. Developing and extending competitive job offers and managing the onboarding coordination. Analyzing recruitment metrics and providing insights to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness. Staying current with industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in talent acquisition. Organizing and participating in virtual career fairs and recruitment events. Building employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on technology hiring, is required. Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates in areas such as software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, and cloud computing is essential. Excellent knowledge of modern recruitment techniques and ATS systems is mandatory. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are crucial for building relationships in a remote environment.
