Our client, a leading global recruitment consultancy, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Remote Senior Technical Recruiter to spearhead their recruitment efforts within the burgeoning AgriTech sector. This role is designed for a recruitment professional who excels in identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier talent for specialized positions. As a fully remote position, you will operate from your own dedicated home office, collaborating with hiring managers and candidates across various time zones.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles within the AgriTech industry, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates for hard-to-fill positions. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for key skill sets in areas such as agricultural engineering, data science, biotechnology, and software development for agriculture. Conduct thorough technical screenings and competency-based interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, team dynamics, and specific role requirements. Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback. Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and leverage various sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.). Negotiate offers of employment and facilitate the onboarding process. Stay informed about industry trends, market intelligence, and compensation benchmarks within the AgriTech sector. Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in technical recruitment, with a significant portion focused on specialized industries. Proven track record of successfully recruiting for roles within the technology or science sectors, ideally with exposure to AgriTech. Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment technologies. Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to effectively assess technical skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment. Experience working with a recruitment consultancy is highly advantageous. A passion for or understanding of the agricultural technology landscape is a significant plus.
