You will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier technology professionals across various disciplines, including software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements, team dynamics, and staffing needs. Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including technical screening calls and behavioral interviews. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical talent for current and future openings. Develop and nurture relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience. Utilize recruitment technology and tools (ATS, CRM) to track candidate progress and manage recruitment data. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and participate in virtual career fairs and recruitment events. Stay current with industry trends, market compensation, and best practices in technical recruiting. Provide market intelligence and insights to hiring teams and leadership. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, preferably within a fast-paced technology environment. Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring for a wide range of technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Cloud Architects, Cybersecurity Analysts). Expertise in utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter. Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to effectively screen technical candidates. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Proven ability to work independently and manage a high volume of requisitions in a remote setting. Proactive, results-oriented, and possess a strong sense of urgency. Experience with diversity and inclusion recruiting strategies is a plus.
