Our client is searching for a passionate and experienced Remote Social Impact Program Manager to drive meaningful change from anywhere. This fully remote position is ideal for a proactive individual dedicated to fostering community well-being and implementing impactful social initiatives. You will be instrumental in shaping and executing programs that align with our client's mission to create positive social outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
Developing, implementing, and managing social impact programs across various communities. Conducting needs assessments and identifying key areas for intervention and support. Building and nurturing relationships with community stakeholders, NGOs, and local partners. Managing program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines. Monitoring and evaluating program performance, collecting data, and generating reports on impact and outcomes. Creating compelling communication materials to promote program activities and success stories. Facilitating virtual workshops, training sessions, and community engagement events. Collaborating with internal teams to integrate social impact considerations into broader organizational strategies. Staying informed about current social issues, best practices, and funding opportunities in the non-profit and social enterprise sectors. Providing leadership and guidance to project coordinators and volunteers involved in program delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, International Development, Public Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in program management, ideally within the social sector or non-profit organizations, is essential. Demonstrated success in developing and managing community-based programs is required. Excellent remote collaboration and communication skills are critical, along with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in project management software and virtual communication tools is necessary. A deep understanding of social impact principles and evaluation methodologies is expected.
