Our client, a dynamic and rapidly expanding e-commerce brand, is seeking an experienced Remote Social Media Marketing Manager to drive their online presence and engagement. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while playing a critical role in developing and executing innovative social media strategies across various platforms. You will be responsible for growing our brand's audience, increasing engagement, and driving traffic and conversions through compelling content and data-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to align with marketing goals and brand objectives.
  • Manage and grow the company's presence across key social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging and relevant content, including text, images, videos, and stories.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and customer conversations.
  • Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with followers.
  • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and algorithm changes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in social media marketing, with a strong understanding of e-commerce trends.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Expertise in various social media platforms and their respective analytics tools.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Proficiency in creating and editing visual content (e.g., using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and tone.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Experience with paid social advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
