Our client is seeking a creative and strategic Remote Sports Marketing & Brand Manager to spearhead our marketing initiatives and enhance brand visibility within the sports industry. This fully remote role requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of sports culture, digital marketing, and brand development. You will be responsible for crafting compelling marketing campaigns, managing brand messaging, and driving engagement across various platforms to reach and captivate our target audience. Responsibilities include: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and target audience engagement for sports-related products and services. Create and manage compelling content for social media, websites, email marketing, and other digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and voice. Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and influencer collaborations. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities for brand growth and engagement. Manage the brand's online reputation and engage with the community across various digital platforms. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and integrated campaigns. Plan and execute virtual events, webinars, and online activations to foster community and brand loyalty. Track and report on key marketing metrics, KPIs, and campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI. Identify and cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and brand partners within the sports ecosystem. Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and sports branding. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on brand management and digital marketing, preferably within the sports industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics). Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creative storytelling. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a remote environment. Passion for sports and a keen understanding of sports marketing dynamics. Experience in managing budgets and vendor relationships.
