Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive sports marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition. Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with athletes, teams, sports leagues, and relevant influencers. Analyze marketing campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports on ROI and key insights. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product development) to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities. Foster positive relationships with media outlets and public relations contacts. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sports marketing, brand management, or a related role within the sports or leisure industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing. Excellent content creation, writing, and editing skills. Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms. Strong negotiation and partnership management skills.
