Accountabilities

• Lead complex product design efforts that impact multiple teams or product areas
• Conduct deep discovery and usability research to identify product opportunities and guide design direction
• Define and drive design strategy that balances user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
• Create detailed user flows, prototypes, and high‑fidelity visuals across web and mobile platforms
• Leverage AI tools to rapidly create functional prototypes that simulate real product behavior
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements and deliver high‑quality solutions
• Establish and uphold design standards by contributing to and evolving the design system
• Present and communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders at various levels
• Mentor and guide mid‑level and junior designers
• Partner cross‑functionally to align teams on product vision and execution
• Continuously iterate based on feedback, metrics, and evolving user needs

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in product design, preferably in SaaS and/or mobile‑first environments
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Portfolio showcasing strategic thinking, product impact, and strong execution across platforms
• Fluency in Figma and design system tools (i.e. Figma, Zeroheight, Storybook)
• Experience using AI tools or functional prototypes to validate product direction and interaction quality
• Working knowledge of front‑end development and platform‑specific constraints for web, iOS, and Android
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
