About the role

Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing recruitment consultancy, is seeking a proactive and experienced Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead their technology recruitment efforts. This role is critical in identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier tech talent for a wide range of clients. You will leverage your expertise in sourcing, screening, and managing the candidate pipeline through a fully remote setup. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the tech landscape, a strong network within the engineering community, and exceptional interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for technology roles. Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networking sites (e.g., LinkedIn), industry events, and direct outreach. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities. Develop and nurture strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience. Utilize recruitment marketing techniques to attract passive candidates and build employer brand awareness. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on pipeline status, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in talent acquisition. Collaborate with the wider recruitment team to share market insights and best practices. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) efficiently to manage candidate data and recruitment workflows. Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a significant focus on recruiting for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, IT Professionals). Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates in competitive tech markets. Excellent understanding of different technology stacks and IT roles. Proficiency with ATS platforms and other recruitment technologies. Strong interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a remote work environment. Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail. A proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment.
