Remote Technical Recruiter

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Remote Technical Recruiter to join their dynamic talent acquisition team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere and leverage your expertise in sourcing and attracting top technical talent. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for various technical roles, from initial contact with candidates to offer negotiation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technology landscape, including various programming languages, software development methodologies, and emerging tech trends. Your primary focus will be on identifying, engaging, and assessing qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networks, and direct sourcing. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities will be a key responsibility. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools is essential. We are looking for an individual with exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. A proactive approach to market research and talent intelligence gathering is highly valued. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced agency or in-house environment.
