Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Remote Technical Recruiter specializing in the Energy sector. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home office. You will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse range of technical roles within the energy industry, including but not limited to, oil and gas, renewable energy, power generation, and utilities. Success in this position requires excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with a keen understanding of the technical skills and qualifications typically required in the energy sector. You should be adept at assessing candidate suitability beyond just technical expertise, considering cultural fit and career aspirations.
