About the role

Our client, a fast-growing recruitment consultancy, is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Remote Technical Recruiter to identify and attract top talent within the IT sector. This is a fully remote, contract position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates through advanced techniques to closing offers. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in technical recruiting, a deep understanding of various IT roles and technologies, and excellent communication and candidate management skills.

Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for a variety of IT positions, including software engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity professionals, and IT support specialists. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of potential candidates. Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, including job boards, social media (LinkedIn), and professional networks. Conduct in-depth technical interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide market insights. Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and background checks. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience. Stay current with IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive talent landscape. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition strategy development. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within a recruitment agency or consultancy. Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates for niche IT roles. In-depth knowledge of various IT domains, including software development, cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various recruitment software. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment. Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and creative sourcing strategies. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. A results-oriented mindset with a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.
