Our client is a rapidly growing recruitment consultancy specializing in placing top talent within the technology sector. They are seeking a driven and experienced Technical Recruiter to join their fully remote team. This role is integral to sourcing, attracting, and engaging highly skilled tech professionals for a diverse range of clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the technology landscape, exceptional candidate engagement skills, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality hires in a fast-paced environment. As a remote recruiter, you will leverage digital tools and platforms to build strong talent pipelines and foster lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs, developing effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates across various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, tech communities), screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess technical fit and cultural alignment, and managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation. You will also be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date candidate database, providing market insights on talent availability and compensation, and contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes. Building strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional service throughout the hiring process is paramount. Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to define technical role requirements and candidate profiles. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates. Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) effectively. Screen candidate applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical qualifications. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance. Build and nurture a strong pipeline of qualified technical talent. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics in the ATS. Provide regular updates and market intelligence to clients and internal stakeholders. Extend offers of employment and negotiate terms with candidates. Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably within a recruitment agency. Deep understanding of various technology stacks, programming languages, and IT roles. Expertise in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networks. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and clients. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with the South African technology market is advantageous.
