What You’ll Do

Core Responsibilities What Success Looks Like
Design end‑to‑end user interfaces for web and mobile platforms, from concept to final assets. Visually cohesive, brand‑aligned screens that meet accessibility standards.
Create interactive prototypes (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar) to validate concepts with stakeholders and users. Rapid, testable prototypes that accelerate decision‑making and reduce development rework.
Conduct user research & usability testing (surveys, interviews, A/B tests) and translate findings into design improvements. Data‑driven design iterations that boost key metrics (e.g., task completion, conversion, NPS).
Collaborate cross‑functionally with product managers, developers, and marketers in a fully remote environment. Clear, documented design hand‑offs and smooth implementation pipelines.
Maintain and evolve a design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints. A living UI kit that speeds up new feature rollout and reduces visual debt.
Stay ahead of UI/UX trends and share best practices with the team. Regular knowledge‑sharing sessions and adoption of emerging tools/techniques.

Who You Are

Must‑Have Skills Nice‑to‑Have Extras
3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience (web & mobile). Experience designing for SaaS or B2B platforms.
Mastery of Figma (or Adobe XD) – prototyping, component libraries, design systems. Familiarity with Sketch, InVision, or Framer.
Strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end design processes, from research to high‑fidelity mockups. Knowledge of front‑end basics (HTML, CSS, React) to facilitate design‑dev communication.
Ability to translate user feedback and analytics into actionable design refinements. Experience with usability testing tools (UserTesting, Lookback, Maze).
Excellent visual design sense, typography, color theory, and layout skills. Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
Self‑starter who thrives in a remote‑first culture and can manage time across time zones. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
