Remote UX/UI Designer - E-commerce

Our client, a rapidly growing e-commerce platform, is looking for a talented and innovative Remote UX/UI Designer to join their fully remote product development team. Responsibilities: Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile e-commerce platforms. Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups based on user research and business requirements. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate concepts into user-friendly designs. Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to ensure consistency across all platforms. Optimize existing user interfaces for improved usability, accessibility, and conversion rates. Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI design trends, tools, and best practices. Present design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively to cross-functional teams. Qualifications: Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce design projects. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator). Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture. Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for a remote work environment. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful, functional digital experiences.
