This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with no prior experience in tech or testing to contribute valuable insights from the comfort of their home. You will play a crucial role in improving the user experience of various digital products by thoroughly testing interfaces, recording your interactions, and providing constructive feedback. Full training will be provided to ensure you have all the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Navigate and interact with websites, mobile applications, and software prototypes according to specific test scenarios.
• Record your screen and verbalize your thoughts, feelings, and observations during the testing process.
• Identify and document any bugs, usability issues, or inconsistencies in the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX).
• Provide clear, concise, and actionable feedback on design elements, navigation, content, and overall user flow.
• Complete surveys and brief reports summarizing your testing sessions.
• Participate in occasional online briefing or debriefing sessions (if required).
• Adhere to project guidelines and deadlines.

Required Skills

• Excellent attention to detail and observational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with navigating web browsers and common applications.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and meticulously.
• A genuine interest in technology and user-friendly design.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet environment for testing and recording.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with screen recording software (e.g., Loom, OBS Studio) is a plus, but not required.
• Experience providing constructive feedback in any context.
• An inquisitive mind and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Previous exposure to digital products (websites, apps) and an understanding of what makes them easy or difficult to use.
