This position is with Mommy Jobs Online. Qualified recruiters will enjoy the freedom and profitability of independent recruiting (1099) while benefiting from the tools, branding, and support of a national recruiting work-at-home job finder agency.

Job Objective

• Recruit remote contractors seeking transcription, medical coding, clerical, data entry, or customer service remote job positions to our remote job board.
• Candidates must be qualified for positions covered in our job network registry and willing to become members of our work-at-home job bank finder service.

Location

• Telecommute from your home office.

Compensation

• $15.00 per recruited agent.
• Average weekly earnings range from $500.00 - $1,100.00 per week (PT/FT).
• Payments are 1099, paid bi-weekly via PayPal or mailed check every other Friday.

Work Schedule

• Hours to make calls: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
• Work up to 40 hours per week Monday - Friday.
• Saturday hours: 7 hours, 10 AM - 5 PM.
• Closed on Sunday and all major holidays.
• Minimum 20 hours per week to stay active; up to 45 hours per week possible.

Requirements

• Ability to work remotely independently with minimum supervision.
• Internet and computer access.
• Make a minimum of 75 outbound calls per day and send email correspondence.
• Post 500 new job ads per week on free classified ad sites.
• 1 year or more experience in inbound customer service, outbound B2B calling, telemarketing or sales.
• Telephone or cell phone with unlimited long-distance.
• Upbeat, friendly, detailed with outbound telemarketing/recruitment experience.
• Must pass a felony verification check.
• Strong organizational skills and motivated attitude.

Additional Information

• Ability to work 2 to 3 positions at a time with other remote companies based on availability and past work history.
