Repair Technician (Electronics – Component Level)

An established Engineering Environment is seeking a Component Level Repair Technician with strong experience in diagnosing and repairing industrial electronic equipment. Duties & Responsibilities • N-Levels / NDip in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (or trade equivalent) • 8+ years’ experience repairing Electronic equipment • Proven component-level PCB repair experience • Experience with oscilloscopes, function generators and VSD software • Strong troubleshooting ability • Computer literate with a valid driver’s license • Repair PCBs to component level • Conduct fault finding using schematic diagrams • Diagnose and repair Variable Speed Drives (VSDs) • Use Electronic Test Equipment and Instrumentation
