About the Team

The People Insights + Analytics (PIA) team is responsible for the creation and analysis of employee metrics and reports based on SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.

Recruiting Insights (RI) refers to the application of data analysis and statistical methods to gain insights into the employee acquisition process and make informed decisions. It includes the systematic collection, analysis, and correct interpretation of data related to recruiting, as well as technical support, continuous optimization, and strategic development of recruiting reporting.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• A completed degree, e.g., Business Informatics or Business Administration with a focus on Data Analysis, or a commercial apprenticeship with adequate additional qualifications.
• Several years of professional experience in the described area of responsibility.
• Proficient use of reporting standards as well as sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Strategy or comparable BI tools.
• Ideally, experience in agile project management.
• Good conceptual skills, target-group-oriented communication, as well as analytical thinking and technical understanding.
• Independent, goal-oriented, and responsible way of working.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork, as well as very good German and good English skills.

Your Tasks

• Continuous development and responsibility for international recruiting reporting and recruiting metrics.
• Technical consulting and support for various customer groups, including consulting on recruiting and HR management processes.
• Conception and creation of dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analyses via Excel or in our Data Warehouse System Strategy using suitable visualization techniques.
• Independent initiation and management of data-driven projects related to recruiting reporting.
• Execution and documentation of tests during further development in close coordination with our colleagues from dmTech.
