We are looking for a Reporting Engineer to support a Mandate Reporting team within an Institutional Clients platform in a leading Asset Management environment.

This role combines operational reporting, data quality management, and project support, ensuring high-quality reporting delivery while contributing to ongoing initiatives and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Data Quality & Integrity

Perform data validation and quality checks during production cycles
Identify, analyze, and resolve data issues including follow-ups
Collaborate with internal service teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency

Mandate Reporting & Onboarding

Support mandate onboarding and RFP processes
Handle ad-hoc requests and mailbox support
Coordinate with Relationship Managers (RM) and Portfolio Managers (PM)
Assist in drafting and delivering reporting outputs

Ticket & Task Management

Manage and track tickets (e.g., Jira)
Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery
Implement client-specific category (CSC) strategy changes

Testing & Documentation

Perform functional testing and validation
Ensure correctness of reporting outputs
Support the creation of business specifications and documentation

Requirements

Proven experience in Asset Management, specifically in Mandate Reporting processes and operations
Strong expertise in:
- Data quality management and validation
- Reporting processes and workflows
Hands-on experience with:
- Databases and reporting tools
- SQL (mandatory)
High attention to detail and structured working style
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proactive mindset with a high sense of ownership
