  • Partner with sales teams and clients to gather feedback, identify enhancement opportunities, surface risks, and generate new reporting ideas.
  • Conduct competitive research within and beyond the financial services industry to inform the long‑term vision for reporting.
  • Act as Product Owner in an Agile development environment, partnering with analysts, engineers, and QA to clarify requirements, prioritize the backlog, and support efficient delivery.
  • Track and analyze reporting usage metrics, including adoption trends and client demographics, to inform prioritization and decision‑making.
  • Test new reports and enhancements to ensure solutions meet the needs of clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collect post‑release feedback from sales teams and clients to evaluate outcomes and inform continuous improvement.
  • Present roadmap updates, trade‑offs, and recommendations to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a client‑facing role within financial services, or experience in digital product management in a related industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives, assess trade‑offs, and adapt priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data‑driven decision‑making and continuous improvement.
  • Resilience and persistence in driving complex initiatives through obstacles to successful delivery.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence across disciplines and seniority levels.
  • A proactive, detail‑oriented approach combined with creativity and sound judgment.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with SQL or data‑querying tools a plus.
