• Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value. • Lead end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, and email. • Analyze user behavior and funnel metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and CRM platforms to identify growth levers. • Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and personalized user experiences. • Collaborate with product and design teams to align growth initiatives with user experience and product roadmap. • Manage and scale paid acquisition campaigns with a focus on ROAS, CAC, and LTV. • Build and maintain performance dashboards to track KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. • Stay ahead of industry trends in fashion e-commerce, digital consumer behavior, and emerging growth channels. • Mentor and guide junior team members in growth marketing techniques and analytics best practices.

Requirements • 2–5 years of proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing within the fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce industry. • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, SQL, Excel/Google Sheets). • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) and email marketing automation (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot). • Demonstrated success in scaling user acquisition and retention through data-driven experimentation. • Familiarity with CRM systems, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing strategies. • Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or scaling fashion brand is highly preferred.
