What you can achieve
- Responsibility for requirements management from the design phase to verification and validation for new developments as well as modifications of existing functions in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
- Analysis, structuring, and maintenance of complex system and subsystem requirements, including ensuring testability and consistent traceability (in Spira).
- Creation of user stories, use cases, and specifications according to proven methods.
- Participation in the Change Control Board and independent execution of risk and cyber security analyses.
- Active involvement in reviews and functional tests, as well as active further development of methods, processes, and tools in requirements engineering.
- Technical consulting for project management in feasibility analyses, normative evaluation, and effort estimations in subject-specific questions.
What you bring
- Completed technical degree (FH/Uni/ETH) and ideally further training in Requirements/Cyber Security Engineering.
- Several years of professional experience in requirements engineering in a technically demanding ICT environment; the willingness to specialize in network technology is assumed.
- Sound knowledge of hazard and risk analyses according to current standards.
- Structured, analytical working method and strong ability for interface communication with development, project management, and our customers.
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.

About the Department
We provide secure and interoperable communication solutions for the army and national and international security agencies and are responsible for the integration, operation, and maintenance of security-relevant information, communication, and command systems. This position is part of the project to replace the army's existing Integrated Military Telecommunications System (IMFS).
