Responsibilities

• You want to understand the business and the associated requirements of our clients in full depth. This is achieved by building a trusting customer relationship, conducting workshops, and having an eye for detail.
• You document, specify, and enrich the recorded requirements with your technical expertise so that they can be efficiently implemented by the development team in line with customer wishes.
• You ensure that the delivered solutions meet the quality standards of our clients and represent the solution to our clients and other stakeholders, e.g., through presentations, training, and support.

Qualifications

• Experience in social work with a focus on the legal mandates of the cantons in the area of people with special support needs and inter-cantonal regulations between the cantons (IVSE).
• You are a "Power User". You have no fear of complex databases or software logic. Ideally, you have already worked as a super-user, accompanied software implementations, or have a high intrinsic motivation to familiarize yourself with modern IT methods.
• You are a valuable personality who likes to actively tackle challenges, has high quality standards, and is motivated to contribute to the digitalization of authorities.
• You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken (C1).
