Job Description

YSI is seeking a Research Analyst to assist in the Business Development Department/Capture.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring federal procurement websites and contract vehicle portals for new opportunities
• Reviewing opportunity notices for relevance to the company’s capabilities
• Collecting key information such as agency, contract vehicle, NAICS code, due dates, set-aside status, scope summary, and submission requirements
• Entering and updating opportunity records in the company CRM
• Flagging relevant opportunities for Business Development and Capture review
• Maintaining organized records of sourced opportunities
• Supporting basic pipeline reporting as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Basic research and data entry skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tool
• Strong written communication skills
• The ability to manage recurring tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with SAM.gov, GSA eBuy, GovWin, FPDS, or CRM systems would be helpful but should not be required for this entry-level role.

Location

Herndon, VA (YSI Headquarters) (Onsite)

Salary

$50,000 and $60,000.
