Role Description

The Research and Analysis Specialist will perform in-depth research, quantitative analysis, and data evaluation to support strategic investment decisions across various asset classes. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting statistical modeling, developing investment strategies based on quantitative research, and providing analytical insights. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Stone Harbor, NJ. The position works closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure actionable and data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Statistics and Mathematics, with the ability to apply them to data analysis
• Experience in Quantitative Research and Quantitative Investing for decision-making processes
• Sharp Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and propose informed recommendations
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and data analysis platforms
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields
• Interest in private equity, real estate, and venture capital is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills for effective teamwork
