We are looking for a Senior User Researcher to join our teams and work on various digital transformation projects. You will participate in end-to-end projects and be involved in all phases of experience creation (understanding, structuring, design, implementation, deployment, continuous improvement).

We design experiences for our clients and their users (companies & state services) through an approach combining Research, Strategy, Design, Content, Ops.

We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and create innovative and effective solutions.

You will have the opportunity to deepen and broaden your knowledge by collaborating within multidisciplinary teams: tech, business, strategy, product, cybersecurity, data, testing, CRM, content...

Responsibilities

Within your projects, you will have the opportunity to intervene and evolve on:

Cadrage et structuration

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and user expectations
• Propose an efficient and relevant research approach
• Conduct user research activities (gather and present findings to align stakeholders around user needs), including interviews, surveys, field observations, and user testing
• Analyze collected data to identify opportunities for improving user experience or supporting strategic decision-making
• Prepare and facilitate workshops with our clients, our teams, or users
• Define a target vision and propose concrete user experience solutions
• Write didactic deliverables, adapting to the client's maturity and audience

Conception et production

• Define and design user journeys
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and illustrate design concepts
• Integrate technical constraints into recommendations
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to support value-based prioritization

Posture

• Work closely with peers in product management, engineering, change management, design, and collaborate beyond the team or organization
• Champion strong convictions to promote the adoption of designed solutions
• Show initiative and be proactive both within your projects and internally

Qualifications

This position is for you if:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in digital design.
• You have a degree in human sciences (psychology, sociology, ergonomics) or a design school (Master's degree).
• You have excellent knowledge of design thinking, agile methodologies, and design culture in general.
• You are able to work in English (written and spoken).
• You have good experience in user research and user experience (UX) design.
• You place the user at the center of your thinking.
• You have good communication and presentation skills.
• You are autonomous and proactive, you feel responsible and enjoy solving problems.
• You understand the consulting mindset.
• You are able to mentor more junior profiles and demonstrate pedagogical skills.
• You are capable of participating in calls for tenders and identifying business opportunities.
